How late can we book a December holiday party?
Prime December Fridays and Saturdays go first, often by September. Weeknights, Sundays, and early-December dates open up much later, and we keep catering capacity for office-hosted parties through the season. Send us your date and we will tell you honestly what is left.
Can you run the bar at our office?
Yes. We bring licensed bartenders, glassware, ice, and mixers, and we handle service limits and cutoff so your team is not managing alcohol at a work event. We can also run beer and wine only, or fully non-alcoholic.
Do you have a space if our office is too small?
Two. Harmony Loft in downtown Brattleboro holds up to 70 guests for a reception, and Trail87 at Mount Snow works for slopeside team gatherings. Both include tables, bar, and staff.
What is the smallest group you will staff?
We staff happy hours from about 20 guests. Below that, a drop-off spread or an in-home private chef dinner is usually the better value.
