Most private events we cater happen at the host's home or a rented Vermont property. Our chefs prep in our kitchen and finish on-site, so the food is fresh and your kitchen stays calm. We arrive early, set the room, and leave it cleaner than we found it.
Yes — most of our private catering is in-home or at vacation rentals. We bring everything we need and work cleanly in any kitchen.
We cater intimate dinners as small as 8 guests and private events up to several hundred. Smaller in-home events typically have a minimum spend rather than a per-person minimum.
Yes. We coordinate with our trusted rental partners and roll the cost into a single invoice so you don't have to manage multiple vendors.
For larger events, yes — tastings are scheduled at our Brattleboro location after a menu has been drafted.
