Executive Chef

Chef Jon Perdue brings twenty years of fine dining experience to A Vermont Table, grounded in classic French technique. He honed his craft as Lead Chef at Gypsy Apple Bistro, the critically acclaimed fine dining destination in Western Massachusetts known for its sophisticated French-American cuisine and uncompromising standards. In that intimate, high-caliber kitchen, Jon mastered seasonal, upscale ingredients and the precision execution that defines an exceptional plate. Raised in the Berkshires, Jon now calls southern Vermont home, where he lives sustainably and off grid. That commitment to the land carries directly into his cooking. His menus are built around seasonal dishes prepared with locally and sustainably sourced ingredients, letting the farms and producers of the region shine on every plate.

Since 2017 Coridon Bratton has led A Vermont Table to offer elevated, seasonal catering rooted in the region's agricultural traditions. Under his guidance, the company honored its reputation for thoughtful, farm-forward menus and gracious service — and was voted Best Catering Company in Brattleboro. A Vermont native, his culinary background also includes work in New York City at Tom Colicchio's flagship restaurant Craft, as well as consulting and cooking internationally. In Vermont, Coridon helped pilot the Everyone Eats program, coordinating large-scale meal production to support both local farms and food-insecure households during the pandemic. A Vermont Table reflects his belief that good food builds community — a vision that continues to shape the company's next chapter.

Chef Tyler Haydon brings nearly 20 years of experience in top restaurants, including The Chicago Diner, Girl and the Goat, Little Goat, and BLVD. In 2020, he relocated to Vermont, bringing his passion for comfort food and love of kitchen camaraderie to Trail87. Tyler's goal is to create memorable dining experiences that reflect the creativity and collaboration of his talented team.

Beverage Director

Jamie, a proud Vermonter, has a deep love for her roots and a passion for travel, culture, and mixology. Her journey began in 2001 during the Craft Cocktail Revival while studying fine art at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY. In 2016, she returned to Vermont, where she took over her childhood home and fully immersed herself in bartending. She has since managed and developed multiple bar programs, restaurants, and beverage catering services, earning top finishes in Vermont's Bartender of the Year and Bar Hill Gin's Royal Jelly competitions. As a visual artist, Jamie sees cocktails as storytelling, weaving heritage and experience into every drink. Let us help elevate your next celebration.
