A Vermont Table provides corporate meeting catering for boardrooms, training sessions, leadership offsites, and multi-day conferences. We deliver on time, set up cleanly, and stay out of the way so your meeting can run on its own clock.

We work directly with executive assistants and event planners across Southern Vermont, the Connecticut River Valley, the Berkshires, and Southern New Hampshire — including ski resorts, hospitals, manufacturers, and tech companies headquartered along the I-91 corridor.

What we deliver, by format

Continental breakfast: pastries, fruit, yogurt, granola, juice, and freshly brewed coffee.

Hot breakfast buffet: frittatas, breakfast meats, potatoes, oatmeal bar, and the same fruit and pastries above.

Boardroom lunch: chef-made salads and sandwiches, hot entrée plates, or three-course plated lunches for executive sessions.

All-day conference: morning break, lunch, afternoon break, and beverage refreshes — staffed and replenished throughout the day.

On-site at your office, or at a Vermont venue

We deliver to corporate offices throughout Vermont, New Hampshire, and Western Massachusetts. We also host meetings at our Harmony Loft venue in downtown Brattleboro — a beautiful, light-filled room with full A/V available, great for off-sites and leadership retreats.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have a minimum order for office meeting catering?

Drop-off catering generally has a minimum of around 10 guests. Smaller boardroom orders may have a delivery fee.

Can you set up a buffet on-site?

Yes. Hot trays in chafers, real serving pieces, and a clean break-down at the end of the meeting are standard with our delivered buffet service.

How early do you need the order?

Three business days is ideal, but we routinely accommodate same-week orders. For multi-day conferences we recommend booking a few weeks out.
