Our easiest way to order. Pick your sides, we handle the rest. Up to two Signature Sides per Table; each additional one adds $6 per quarter tray or $10 per half tray. Half trays serve 8 to 10, quarter trays serve 4 to 5.

Butterflied and roasted flat for crisp skin and even carving. Whole bird is 14 to 16 lb and serves 10 to 12. Limited quantity, order early.
