Family-style is our favorite
Most of the rehearsal dinners we cater are family-style: shared platters down the center of long tables, with hand-passed wine and a couple of well-timed toasts. It loosens people up, gets them talking, and feels distinctly Vermont.
We design the menu around what's in season and what your families love. Roasted chicken with Vermont herbs, hand-rolled pasta with summer tomatoes, beef brisket with maple-glazed carrots, big platters of roasted vegetables — generous, abundant, easy to share.
