Harmony Loft is our own event space in downtown Brattleboro: tall windows, warm wood floors, a working bar, and a catering kitchen in the same building. That means one team cooks, pours, serves, and cleans up — you just show up with your people.

Tell us your preferred date and headcount and we will confirm what works for your group. If your team would rather celebrate at the office, a private home, or another venue, we cater offsite across Southern Vermont with the same custom menus and service.

Three ways to run the night

Cocktail reception: passed hors d'oeuvres, a couple of chef-attended stations, and a full bar. Best when you want people mingling rather than seated — this format carries the largest headcounts at the loft.

Full dinner: a seasonal buffet or family-style dinner with Vermont roasts, roots, and winter sides, followed by dessert and coffee. Comfortable and generous, with room for toasts.

Intimate sit-down dinner: a plated, multi-course dinner for a smaller leadership group, board, or team. Coursed and served, with wine pairings if you'd like them.

Bar and alcohol packages

Harmony Loft has a full bar and our own licensed bartenders. You can run an open bar on a per-guest alcohol package, a hosted beer-and-wine bar, a limited signature cocktail list, or a cash bar. We'll walk you through what each option typically costs for your headcount before you commit.

Prefer to stay at the office? We come to you

Offsite holiday catering is half of what we do in December. We bring food, bar, staff, and rentals to offices, private homes, ski houses, and other venues across Brattleboro, West Dover, Mount Snow, Stratton, Manchester, Southern New Hampshire, and Western Massachusetts — including drop-off holiday lunches and grazing tables for smaller teams.
