What the menu looks like

We design every private chef menu around the season and your group's preferences. Winter menus at ski houses tend toward hearty shareable formats: braised short rib, hand-rolled pastas, roasted root vegetables, Vermont cheese boards to start, and something warm and maple-forward for dessert. We source from Vermont farms and producers and build the menu around what is excellent right now.
