The Service is invite-only and intended for authorized employees, contractors, and partners of Trail to Table Group.

• Account Information. Name, email address, profile photo, and authentication identifiers received from your sign-in provider (e.g., Google).
• Operational Data. Event details, customer contact information, proposals, payment milestones, tasks, and notes that you or other authorized users enter into the Service.
• Usage Data. Log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps, and actions taken within the Service.
• Cookies and Similar Technologies. Session cookies and local storage used for authentication and to remember your preferences.

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Operational records related to events and customers may be retained for longer where required for accounting, tax, or legal purposes.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, role-based access controls, row-level security on our database, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
